By downloading, installing, or using Doseify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Doseify is a medication reminder application that helps users:

• Track medications and dosages
• Set and receive medication reminders
• Scan prescriptions to add medications
• View drug interaction information
• Monitor dose history

Doseify is a reminder tool only and does NOT provide medical advice.

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

• Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication
• Do not rely solely on Doseify for critical medication timing
• Verify all scanned prescription information for accuracy
• Drug interaction information is for informational purposes only and may contain errors
• In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to medication adherence or the use of this app.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Doseify offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase
• When purchasing a subscription, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate medication information
• Verify scanned prescription data for correctness
• Verify interaction information with a healthcare professional
• Keep your device notifications enabled for reminders
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Doseify are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Doseify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any missed doses or medication errors
• We are not liable for any health consequences from using or not using the app
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of drug interaction information
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doseify and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Doseify at any time by uninstalling the app. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your health data is stored securely on your device
• We do not maintain user accounts or store data on servers
• Uninstalling the App deletes all your data

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Doseify after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
